Countryside, Acton Gardens 9.4
Harvil undertook the full block & brickwork package on what is a 209 unit development in the heart of Acton. This project is part of a wider Masterplan which will create 3,400 new homes across 52 acres. This project is a joint venture between our client Countryside, Ealing Borough Council and L&Q to deliver 50% affordable housing in the local area.
Barratt London, Mill Hill Phase 4
Mill Hill is a large residential scheme which will see 490 new homes built overall. Harvil undertook the brick & blockwork to all areas of Phase 4 alongside sister company LTC Scaffolding, who undertook all scaffold & access elements on a joint package basis.
Countryside, Acton Gardens Phase 8.2
Following successful completion of Phase 9.4, Harvil were appointed to undertake the continuation of the brickwork across the next Acton Gardens Phase which was Phase 8.2. Again, alongside sister company LTC Scaffolding on a joint package basis.
HG Construction, Escapade
This one is a little different. A trackside development consisting of 60 new residences and clubhouse built at Silverstone Racetrack.
Countryside, Coopers Hill
Harvil were appointed to undertake all brick and blockwork on what is a joint venture partnerships between our client Countryside Properties and Bracknell Forest Council. The first completions are due in 2023. The development will provide 52 new homes, with 25% affordable. These will comprise 12 two-bedroom flats, 6 three-bedroom flats, 22 two-bedroom houses and 12 three-bedroom houses.
HG Construction, Woodside Park
This residential development in Barnet consists of 86 one-bedroom homes purposefully built for first time buyers who will receive a 20% discount at market rates. Harvil were appointed to provide all block & brickwork for the client.
